Atlanta - Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM) psychiatry residents are making history at the Atlanta Veteran's Administration (VA) Medical Center. For the first time in the chronicles of the 33-year old Atlanta-based Historically Black medical school, residents are working at the VA. MSM psychiatry residents who began their duties July 1, 2008 at the Atlanta VA are Drs. Reyna Gilmore and Zehzaa Mikhaeil. MSM psychiatry residents Samina Gul, and Deina Nemiary will also serve a portion of their residencies at the Atlanta VA. Top MSM and Atlanta VA leadership joined the MSM residents July 21, 2008 to celebrate the new enterprise.
