    Dr. Ronald E. Moore graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He received his medical degree and completed his General Surgical training at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Dr. Moore went on to Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's in Chicago and completed a Minimally Invasive Surgery Fellowship.

    Dr. Moore has authored numerous papers that have been published in peer reviewed journals and has been a featured speaker at numerous national conferences. He has also written chapters in widely cited and read Minimally Invasive Surgical Text. Advanced Laparoscopy, Robotic Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, and Foregut Surgery are Dr. Moore's specialty.

    He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Moore was recruited from private practice in the South Florida area. He served as Chief of Surgery and Director of Bariatric Surgery at multiple hospitals. He was the President of Minimally Invasive Surgery, Incorporated and has performed nearly 10,000 surgical procedures to date.
