Established in May 1982, the Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM) National Alumni Association supports and advances the interests of MSM and its alumni and fosters interest among prospective students and the community.

Since its founding in 1975, MSM has graduated more than 1,100 physicians, public health practitioners, and biomedical scientist. Our alumni span the globe from the United States to Canada to South Africa. As part of its efforts to lessen the financial burden of medical education, the association sponsors a charity golf tournament which provides scholarship support for students.

Meetings

National Alumni Association meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month from 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. on the main campus in the Louis W. Sullivan National Center of Primary Care in room 406 (there is no meeting held in July).  The annual holiday breakfast meeting will be held Saturday, December 3, 2011.

All alumni are welcome to attend.  If you cannot attend in-person, you can teleconference in by following the dial-in instructions below:

Officers

Officers are selected from financial alumni and elected to the board once every two-years. A nominating committee, chaired by the outgoing president, selects a slate of six nominees and official ballots are sent to all members of the alumni association to solicit a vote.
