All MPH graduates attain membership in the MSM National Alumni Association upon graduation. The purpose of the Alumni Association is to promote the welfare and interest of MSM and support medical, biomedical and public health graduate education.
The Career Development Office provides career-enhancing services and resources that aid MPH students in the successful completion of their educational experience. We offer workshops and seminars that address the career/life challenges of our students.
Approximately 80% of MPH graduates are employed in the public health workforce - the remaining are in Doctoral and Residency programs.
Each year Morehouse School of Medicine graduates approximately 20 Master of Public Health students and three Preventive Medicine residents. With more private funds available to support scholarships and research projects, MSM will be one of the leading institutions in the nation’s future leadership in preventive medicine and public health.
