The proposed e-Mentoring program at MSM addresses the following goals and strategies in the MSM Strategic Plan.
Goal lll: Preparing Future Health Learners and Leaders
- Strategy 3.1: Recruit, retrain and develop high-quality faculty and staff committed to educating and mentoring future scientists, health care providers and public health professionals
- Develop a robust and inclusive mentoring program that leverages the knowledge and experience of senior faculty and draws upon successes in existing MSM mentoring programs
- Develop a career development program for staff
