The Customer Service group provides technical support to students, faculty, and staff for all IT related problems and requests through the IT Service Desk. We also offer support to the community for audio visual and research graphics needs.
Instructional Technology provides a variety of technology resources for students, faculty, and staff. We support faculty in the creation of interactive media to enhance our students' learning as well as support Blackboard, online testing, student ResponseWare and more.
Information Solutions supports, develops, integrates and assists with acquisition of enterprise applications that support administrative business processes and the academic and research enterprises.
Infrastructure Services manages and maintains the foundation for the delivery of core IT services, including the network, servers, email, telecommunications, and security.
The Project Management Office drives standardized project management methodologies, governances, processes, and tools, enabling IT to lead change, increase organizational flexibility, and deliver results.
