The Help Desk is the technology support center for Morehouse School of Medicine students, faculty and staff. Our technicians are trained to help with your computing needs. They can answer questions about hardware and software, diagnose and repair computer problems* and setup new workstations.
The Help Desk is IT's first level of support. Please contact the Help Desk with any technology concerns and the technicians will either take care of the issue or forward the issue on to the appropriate person in our department who can help you.
