Thank you for attending the Third Annual National Conference on Health Disparities in Atlanta, GA, December 2-5, 2009. "Health Care Reform: Seizing the Opportunity to Bring Equity and Justice into the U.S. Health System," featured thought leaders from every level and every side of the health system, from elected officials to community health advocates to health care providers to the patients themselves. They came together to discuss the latest concepts regarding primary care - including wellness, prevention, and health care delivery - for the 21st century and to find the solutions to make a better health system for all Americans. Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM), the Medical University of South Carolina and the U.S. Congressional Tri-Caucus served as co-sponsors.
