On Monday, January 23rd, Morehouse School of Medicine’s own James C. Rosser, Jr, M.D., FACS will appear on Dr. Oz in an episode titled, The Most Underperformed Surgery You Should be Getting.

On Monday, January 23rd, Morehouse School of Medicine’s own James C. Rosser, Jr, M.D., FACS will appear on Dr. Oz in an episode titled, The Most Underperformed Surgery You Should be Getting. Dr. Oz will share his views on gastric bypass surgery and why he thinks it’s the “most underperformed surgery.” Dr. Rosser will appear as part of a panel of experts to provide his professional opinion on the topic.
Dr. Rosser is professor of Clinical Surgery. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Mississippi in Jackson, Miss. and earned his medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical School. Dr. Rosser then completed his residency in general surgery at Akron General Medical Center in Akron, Ohio.
