Kimberly Bell MHA, FACHE
Executive Director, Georgia Health Information Technology Regional Extension Center (GA-HITREC) at Morehouse School of Medicine
Kim Bell is a healthcare executive with over 15 years’ experience in hospital operations and physician practice management. She has held positions with increasing responsibility in acute care hospitals, academic medical centers, and ambulatory care/group practice settings. Kim currently serves as Executive Director of the Georgia Health Information Technology Extension Center (GA-HITEC) at the National Center for Primary Care of Morehouse School of Medicine.
Board certified in healthcare management, Kim is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). She is active in several professional societies including ACHE, NAHSE and HIMSS and held offices in her local chapters, including President of the ACHE and NAHSE local affiliates.
Ms. Bell is a graduate of the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University and Virginia Tech where she earned the degrees Master of Health Administration and Bachelor of Science, respectively. She is an active member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and Board member of the Atlanta metro chapter of the March of Dimes.
