Health Policy Leadership Fellowship Application Information
Thank you for your interest in the Health Policy Leadership Fellowship program.
Completed application packets for the 2013-2014 fellowship program will be accepted beginning November 1, 2012 through January 15, 2013. All components of the application packet must be submitted to be considered for the program.
Application packet checklist
o Completed application (click here)
o 3 completed applicant reference forms
o Official transcripts from all institutions of colleges and universities attended
o Curriculum Vitae (in Morehouse School of Medicine format)
o Certified copy of doctoral degree diploma or letter from Department Chair attesting that doctoral degree requirements will be completed no later than June 1 or that residency program requirements will be complete by June 30
Application timeline
Nov 1 – Jan 15: Applications and supplemental materials accepted
Feb 11 – Feb 22: Interviews
Mar 1 – Mar 15:Notice of acceptance
