MSM Alumni, Faculty and Former Trustee Featured in
Atlanta Magazine's 2017 Top Doctors Issue
Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM) alumni Drs. Joy Baker and Dawn Mandeville, Graduate
Medical Education (GME) Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs and Pediatrics Associate
Professor Dr. Yolanda Wimberly, and former Board of Trustees member Dr. Mark Codner
were recently featured in Atlanta Magazine's 2017 Top Doctors issue, which listed 720 of the top doctors in the metro Atlanta area.
Joy Baker, M.D., who earned her medical degree and did her residency at MSM, was highlighted in the issue for her extensive work as one of only two OB/GYNs serving eight counties in rural Georgia.
Dawn Mandeville, M.D., who earned her medical degree at MSM, was one of four doctors chosen to be featured on the four multiple covers of Atlanta Magazine's 2017 Top Doctors issue. In the issue, the OB/GYN recounts her first time delivering twins but only one survived.
Additionally, Yolanda Wimberly, M.D., associate dean of Clinical Affairs and associate professor of Pediatrics at MSM, and Mark Codner, M.D., former MSM Board of Trustees member, are listed among the region's 720 top doctors in Atlanta Magazine's 2017 Top Doctors list.
