Michael Rambert Named General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Morehouse School of Medicine

Michael Rambert will join Morehouse School of Medicine as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary on August 1. He brings to MSM extensive experience in the legal field including healthcare administration, higher education law, real estate development, and more.

He will play a critical role in advancing our mission and being innovative in today’s dynamic health care environment.”
Most recently, Rambert served as senior associate general counsel at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. In his new role, Rambert will be responsible for the supervision and management of all legal affairs at MSM and Morehouse Healthcare. He will also serve as the chief legal advisor to the school and a senior advisor to the president and dean and the board of trustees.
Rambert completed his undergraduate work from Middlebury College and his J.D. from The Ohio State University. He also holds a Master of City Planning from University of Pennsylvania.
