MSM Welcomes Reginald Brinson as New Chief Information Officer

Morehouse School of Medicine recently named Reginald Brinson as the school’s new chief information officer. His official start date was Monday, Oct. 22. Brinson comes to MSM from the University of North Florida where he served as associate vice president and chief information officer for the past two years. He held a similar position at Clark Atlanta University from 2009 to 2015.

“Mr. Brinson is an accomplished information technology executive,” said Valerie Montgomery Rice, M.D., president and dean of Morehouse School of Medicine.  “We know his many years of IT experience – along with his commitment to high-quality service – will make him an invaluable partner and leader in our organization.”

Brinson comes to MSM with more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience at Fortune 500 companies including Home Depot, Delta Airlines, and Bank of America. He holds an executive MBA from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree from Hampton University.
