What is genomic medicine?

Our bodies are made up of very tiny building blocks called cells, containing chromosomees, which are made up of DNA. DNA is organized into smaller units called genes, which are instructions that tell our cells how to function. The complete set of human genes is called our "genome."

Genomic medicine involves considering information about a person's DNA to develop clinical care approaches, plan for healthier population outcomes, and inform plans for advocacy efforts.

Who Should Attend?

Community members, researchers, trainees, industry experts, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders are all invited to share their ideas and perspectives about current and future opportunities for genomics research and applications.

Registration: Please note that attendance is free of charge; however, registration is required to ensure adequate space and refreshments.
