Manners Matter: MSM Takes TAG Academy Students to Four Seasons for a Lesson in Etiquette
MARCH 11, 2019 - Small eyes stare at a gigantic chandelier hanging overhead. The sprawling light fixture has more crystals than the young boy can count, so he just looks upwards in amazement with his mouth wide open. He is just one of about 90 fifth graders from the Tuskegee Airmen Global Academy lucky enough to dine at the palatial ballroom at the Four Seasons hotel in Midtown Atlanta. They came not just to enjoy a delicious meal, but also to learn dining etiquette.

Dr. Miles-Richardson Makes History with CEPH Role
MARCH 5, 2019 - Morehouse School of Medicine's Stephanie Miles-Richardson, Ph.D., D.V.M., is making history. She was elected president of The Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH), an independent agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education to accredit schools of public health and public health programs outside schools of public health.

FEBRUARY 26, 2019 - Morehouse School of Medicine mourns the passing of a man integral to the school's success. William (Bill) Carter Jenkins, Ph.D., founder of the Master of Public Health Program at MSM died Feb. 17 in Charleston, SC. He was 73.

Students Statewide Showcase Research at 31st Annual Dr. Curtis L. Parker Student Research Symposium
FEBRUARY 22, 2019 - Students from across Georgia had the opportunity to show off their hard work at the 31st Annual Dr. Curtis L. Parker Student Research Symposium. The day-long event took place at Morehouse School of Medicine on Wednesday, Feb. 13. Medical students, residents, graduate students and undergraduates came from Fort Valley State University, Mercer University, and Georgia Gwinnett College in addition to schools in the Atlanta University Center.
