The Office of Information Technology
The Office of Information Technology, comprised of Customer Services, Infrastructure Services, Information Solutions and Project Management, provide strategic and technical direction in the design, implementation and operation of the enterprise-wide information architecture. Our goal is to assist students, faculty and staff in the areas of computer-assisted learning, research management, clinical care and communications.
Customer Services
Customer Services is a functional unit within the Department of Information Technology that provides device support for administrative departments, classrooms and clinics. Support is also provided for audio/visual services such as presentations and teleconferencing.
Infrastructure Services
Infrastructure Services is a functional unit within the Department of Information Technology that supports the core technical services necessary for institution-wide IT communication and accessibility.
Information Solutions
Information Solutions is a functional unit within the Department of Information Technology that provides the ongoing support of numerous applications and tools used by the administrative departments and clinics.
Office of Project Management
The Office of Project Management is a functional unit within the Department of Information Technology that supports the strategic and tactical components of the institution by executing initiatives utilizing project management methodologies that enable the organization to implement within estimates and expectations while delivering quality products.
