Forensic Pathology Fellowship Requirements

For the 2027-2028 суcle, Applications will be accepted via the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS) only.
In addition to the application submitted via ERAS we require:

• Curriculum Vitae
• Four Letters of Recommendation (One from Program Director and One from your Chairperson)
• Medical School Transcript
• Photograph
• USMLE Transcripts - Steps I, II and III
• US Citizens, US Residents, and J1-Visas
• Graduated from an ACGME accredited three year Anatomic Pathology Program
